We worked closely with Marvel’s team to create Falcon’s full ensemble for the Disney+ original series. We developed innovative solutions for attaching the rigid armor details to the costume’s softer fabric, and constructed everything to ensure comfort and durability.
Winter Soldier
The original mask we made for this intimidating character is back in the show’s flashback scenes as Bucky struggles with his lethal past.
The New Captain America
As with Falcon’s suit, we fabricated a whole new look for his transition into the new Captain America, keeping front and center ol’ Cap’s Stars and Stripes.
